Isaiah 61:1

This prophecy from Isaiah, spoken of Jesus, also reflects Mark Bryer's vision for ministry. His desire is to reach people with the life giving message of salvation, healing and deliverance that only comes through Jesus Christ. He views his music, not just as a way to showcase his God given talent, but as a means of inspiring people to see what Christ can do for them, and what they should do for Christ.

Saved at a very early age, Mark sensed God's call on his life while still very young. Others also recognized his call, and he started singing in church when he was just five years old. He has been in music ministry most of his life. As he grew up, the music and ministry of people like The Hemphills, The Hinsons and John Starnes greatly impacted him and laid a strong foundation for his ministry today. While his music is fresh and inspiring in its own right, you can hear the echos of these great ministers and singers in his songs.

Mark has spent the last eight years in pastoral and music ministry. While maintaining his pastoral responsibilities at a local church, Bread of Life Assembly of God, in Lexington, Kentucky, he is also a highly requested worship leader has traveled the country ministering the gospel in song and through Gods Word at revivals and retreats. Mark is a certified minister with the Kentucky District Council of the Assemblies of God.

Mark is a devoted husband and father of three and resides in Central Kentucky. Mark's family, being such a large part of his life, is also very much a part of his ministry. His wife is a powerful minister in her own right, and together this family makes an incredible ministry team.

The desire of his heart is that people would be changed through the ministry of the Holy Spirit, and that his life, ministry and music would be used as a tool in the hands of God as an agent for this change.
